Ignacio Springs Bed & Breakfast
To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all guests, the following rules must be respected.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Late arrivals require advance notice
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges
Quiet & Respect
Ignacio Springs is a quiet, small-scale property
Please be respectful of other guests at all times
No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior
Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted on the property
Visitors require prior approval
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
Pet Policy
Only designated pet-friendly rooms may accommodate pets
Pet-free / scent-free rooms (China Wall and Lily Pad) do not allow pets under any circumstances
Pets must be under control at all times
Pets are not permitted in indoor common areas, including dining spaces
Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning
Smoking
No smoking inside rooms or indoor areas
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas
Safety & Fire Prevention
No open flames are permitted anywhere on the property, including candles, incense, fireworks, or similar items
Cooking is not permitted inside rooms or anywhere on the property, including hot plates, camping stoves, grills, or other cooking equipment
Only equipment provided by Ignacio Springs may be used
Property Care
Please respect rooms, furnishings, and shared spaces
Do not move furniture between rooms
Report any issues or damage promptly
Children
The property is not child-proofed
Children must be supervised at all times
Parking
Park only in designated areas
Ignacio Springs is not responsible for damage or theft
Environment
Please respect the natural surroundings and wildlife
Do not disturb vegetation or dispose of waste improperly
Non-Compliance
Failure to follow House Rules may result in:
additional charges
termination of stay without refund
