Ignacio Springs Bed & Breakfast
By making a reservation with Ignacio Springs Bed & Breakfast (“Ignacio Springs,” “we,” “us”), you (“guest,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due at check-in unless otherwise arranged in writing.
2. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary by season.
Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Date changes are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash or cancellation credit.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: As specified in your confirmation email
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Late check-outs may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.
4. Occupancy & Visitors
Room rates are based on the number of guests stated at booking.
Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for safety and comfort.
5. Children
Ignacio Springs welcomes children; however, the property is not child-proofed.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of minors at all times.
6. Pets
Select rooms are pet-friendly and must be booked in advance.
Pets must be well-behaved and under the owner’s control at all times.
Pets are not permitted in indoor common areas, including dining spaces.
Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.
Additional pet guidelines are provided separately under House Rules.
7. Smoking & Substances
Ignacio Springs is a non-smoking property inside all rooms and indoor areas.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
8. Property Care & Damages
Guests are responsible for:
Any damage to rooms, furnishings, or property
Excessive cleaning required due to misuse, spills, smoke, pets, or negligence
We reserve the right to charge repair or cleaning costs to the guest.
9. Noise & Respect for Others
Ignacio Springs is a peaceful, small-scale property.
Quiet hours must be respected.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.
10. Acts Beyond Our Control
Ignacio Springs is not liable for:
Weather events
Power outages
Natural disasters
Road closures
Government actions
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
11. Liability Disclaimer
Guests stay at Ignacio Springs at their own risk.
We are not responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Accidents or injuries occurring on the property
Guests are encouraged to carry appropriate travel insurance.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Ignacio Springs reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if:
These Terms & Conditions are violated
Behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful
Information provided at booking is false or misleading
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically the State of Baja California Sur.
14. Acceptance
By making a reservation, submitting a deposit, or staying at Ignacio Springs Bed & Breakfast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
